Inviting Users

Add Team Members to Your Account
Invite users and assign their access levels

To invite a user:

  1. 1.Navigate to Settings → Team (or Users in main menu)
  2. 2.Click Invite User
  3. 3.Enter Email Address
  4. 4.
    Select Role:
    • • Admin: Full access
    • • Manager: Most features, no billing
    • • Warehouse Staff: Inventory and fulfillment only
    • • Customer Service: Orders and customers only
    • • Read Only: View-only access
  5. 5.Add optional Personal Message
  6. 6.Click Send Invitation

Invitation Process:

  • • User receives email invitation
  • • Clicks link to create password
  • • Logs in with their own credentials
  • • Appears in your team list

User Roles & Permissions

Admin Role
  • ✓ Full access to all features
  • ✓ Manage billing and subscription
  • ✓ Add/remove users
  • ✓ Change settings
  • ✓ View audit logs
Manager Role
  • ✓ Manage orders, inventory, products
  • ✓ View reports and analytics
  • ✗ Cannot access billing
  • ✗ Cannot add/remove users
  • ✗ Cannot change critical settings
Warehouse Staff Role
  • ✓ Receive inventory
  • ✓ Pick and pack orders
  • ✓ Update inventory counts
  • ✓ Mark orders as shipped
  • ✗ Cannot access reports or settings
Customer Service Role
  • ✓ View and edit orders
  • ✓ Process returns
  • ✓ Manage customers
  • ✗ Cannot access inventory or billing
Read Only Role
  • ✓ View all data
  • ✗ Cannot make any changes
  • Useful for accountants, observers

Custom Roles

Create Custom Roles with Specific Permissions
Pro plan and above

Create tailored roles with specific permission combinations that match your team structure.

To create a custom role:

  1. 1.Go to Settings → Roles
  2. 2.Click Create Custom Role
  3. 3.Enter Role Name (e.g., "Returns Specialist")
  4. 4.
    Select specific permissions:
    • • Orders: View, Create, Edit, Delete
    • • Products: View, Create, Edit, Delete
    • • Inventory: View, Edit
    • • Customers: View, Edit
    • • Reports: Access to specific reports
    • • Settings: Which settings can be accessed
  5. 5.Click Save Role

Assigning Custom Roles:

  • • When inviting users, custom roles appear in dropdown
  • • Can change user's role anytime
  • • Multiple users can have same custom role
